Let me take this time to introduce myself. My name is Peter Swant. My wife, Anne, is an Instructional Coach at Walla Walla High School. This is her 15th year in the Walla Walla school system. We have 5 children: Aanika, Keldan, Forrest, Brittany and Brandon. Their ages range from 5 to 21 years old. Brittany, our 19 year old, is going to Gene Juarez Academy in Seattle. Brandon, our oldest son, is in his second year with the United States Marines at Camp Pendleton, California.

I was born and raised in Walla Walla. My family operated a business that included a grocery store, floral shop and gas station. It was open for 48 years and I was personally involved for 25 of those years. Eventually I made a career change to insurance and worked 3 years for Mutual of Omaha.

In 2002 I became a real estate agent and it is one of the best decisions I have ever made! I believe that one of the reasons I am consistently one of the top-selling agents in the office is because I love my job! It is both exciting and rewarding to show people the incredible sites and homes of this area and assist them in the important decision to purchase or sell a home. I am also fortunate to work with the number one sales leader in the Walla Walla Valley, Coldwell Banker First Realtors. Our office consistently does over 45% of the total real estate market for the Walla Walla Valley.
